How did the market go?

We had so much fun hosting everyone, and in spite of this being our first ever event, we think it went great! Next time we will be making the event much shorter, 11AM - 6PM seemed to be too much for everyone (guests and vendors alike), so the next market will likely be much shorter. Our Everly craft station was a success, though, and we will definitely be repeating that! Several guests of all ages and multiple vendors participated in our upcycling station, and any of the cute crafts that got left behind are now being used as decor in Magpie Thrift's register area.

We're also very grateful to everyone who wore their masks for the fist half of the event to make this space for accessible for immunocompromised folks! It can be a challenging adjustment for some people, we know, but we did receive feedback from several guests during our masked hours that they wouldn't have been able to come if not for the extra precautions taken by our team and all of our kind vendors. So thank you again to everyone for joining us in that additional layer of community care.
